About Jo

Jo has survived a divorce, ovarian cancer, years of financial abuse and depression.  She is living proof that ‘what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.’

She has worked with hundreds of clients across the public, private and not for profit sectors as a coach since qualifying from Coach University, San Francisco back in 2000.

Jo has been a business owner, head office manager, trainer and a learning & development professional for the last 25 years and understands the challenges of corporate life.

Her clothing engineering and management degree, plus her post graduate Coach Training Program qualification help to give her a broad spectrum of knowledge and an approach that is grounded in working with people to perform to their best ability.

Being one of the first coaches in the UK to qualify and build a practice she has been proven by her experience of being doubly qualified as a coach supervisor who mentors both coaches and other supervisors.

Jo is a Manchester United fanatic, has appeared in 3 films (Northern Soul, Believe, and Gridiron UK), has performed on stage and small screen and is a qualified modern jive teacher. She also enjoys extreme sports (sky-diving, white water rafting, crag hopping, abseiling, etc) with her adrenaline buddy.
